Marketplace role

ImmoFlow is a flexible-workspace discovery and introduction platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, ImmoFlow is not a booking engine, the provider of a workspace, or a party to any agreement between a user and an operator.

Listing information

Operators remain responsible for the accuracy of information, prices, availability, access conditions and services presented for their spaces. These can change and must be confirmed directly with the operator before a decision, visit, booking or payment.

Requests and introductions

A workspace request is not a booking, firm offer or availability confirmation. A listing request does not guarantee publication, visibility, leads or revenue. ImmoFlow may review, accept, reject or remove a listing in line with its editorial and quality criteria.

Acceptable use and liability

You agree to provide accurate information, use the website fairly and not interfere with its operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ImmoFlow is not responsible for communications, contracts, payments, services or disputes between users and operators.
